I would try a cup size up and see if it helps. 32DDD has the same volume as UK 30F (US 30G) and UK 28FF so I would try at a minimum UK 28FF and maybe UK 28G if there is still overspill on 28FF.

I’ve …The problem with finding ABTF is that one of my boobs is significantly bigger than the other and on top of that, my ribcage on one side is also differently shaped/smaller than the other (asymmetric pectus excavatus, the breast muscle is also slightly different/not fully evolved on one side), which makes the size difference even more prominent than it actually is.
