Find a 5.3L using the same operating system and swap the engine segments. I did that when my buddy put a 6.0L in his truck. It already had an 0411 I had tuned. I swapped the tune from a 5.7L/4L60E to a 6.0L/4L80E. Personally I would go bigger than a 5.3L in truck but that is me.

The express van still uses the traditional 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 firing order. So just find a tune for it. Once you have the OS on there, you can open the corvette file and copy and paste the spark/fuel values etc back over and make any changes needed manually.
